Mercoledì 31 marzo a Roma, si svolgerà una cena per 500 ospiti seguita da un’asta di Christie’s, il cui ricavato sarà devoluto alla campagna “stop FGM”, campagna internazionale contro la pratica delle mutilazioni genitali femminili. All’asta saranno battute borse Louis Vuitton e Fendi, gioielli Bulgari e Damiani, opere di Mario Ceroli, Enzo Cucchi, Sandro Chia e Carla Accardi. L’infibulazione è una pratica che colpisce ogni anno due milioni di piccole vittime, che vanno ad aggiungersi ai 130 milioni di donne costrette a vivere con il marchio di questa ferita.
